摘　　要：在文献查阅分析和专家深度访谈的基础上,初步建立了包含16项因子的情报人员胜任力模型,并设计了16个题项的胜任特征调查量表。为验证模型的合理性,选择了江苏省多家企业和研究所情报人员进行预调查和正式调查,并利用SPSS18.0和LISREL8.70对调查数据进行了探索性和验证性因子分析,分析结果表明构建的情报人员胜任力模型具有较高的拟合度和稳定性。Based on the literatures and in-depth interviews with experts, the initial competency model is established, which contains 16 factors, and corresponding questionnaire is design. To verify the rationality of the model, pre-investigation and formal investigation are implemented between intelligence personnel from enterprises and research institutes of Jiangsu Province, and the survey data is analyzed by SPSS 18.0 and LISREL 8.70 software. The results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis show that the competency model of intelligence personnel has a high degree of fit and stability.
