摘　　要：目的探讨经腹开胸手术治疗高龄贲门癌的疗效。方法2008年8月-2011年1月辽宁省肿瘤医院骨外科共施行经腹开胸的贲门癌手术10例。肿瘤均位于贲门处、食管胃连接部上2cm。结果10例标本切缘均为阴性。10例患者全部治愈，无死亡病例，无吻合口瘘病例。结论经腹开胸手术适用于营养状态不佳、合并心肺疾病、肿瘤位于食管胃连接部上2cm的高龄贲门癌患者。与传统胸腹联合术式相比，该术式在减少创伤、缩短手术时间、降低术后并发症的同时，达到根治的效果。[Objective] To evaluate the curative effect about the transabdominal thoracic operation in treatment of elder patients with gastric cardia carcinoma. [Methods] 10 cases of elder patients with gastric cardia carcinoma were performed by transabdominal thoracic approach from August 2008 to January 2011. The tumor was located in the gastric cardia, 2 cm above the esophago-gastric junction. [Results] 10 cases of sur- gical incision margin were negative. 10 cases were all cured and no death case. No case occurred anastomotic leakage. [Conclusion] Transabdominal thoracic operation is applicable to the elder patients with poor nutri- tional state, heart and lung diseases, the tumor is located in the gastric eardia, 2 cm above the esophago-gas- tric junction. In addition, this method is suitable for patients who are not suitable for thoracotomy. The opera- tion achieves radical effect, reduces the trauma of operation and the rate of operation complication, improves the postoperative survival quality.
