摘　　要：随着招生规模扩大,高校毕业生的就业形势非常严峻,而高校家庭经济困难毕业生在就业资源、就业渠道、就业条件等方面存在的劣势,让他们在就业求职中变得更加困难。家庭经济困难毕业生的就业问题关系到学生个人的健康发展、校园的安全稳定、教育公平和贫富差距等。除了政府和社会的支持以外,高校为家庭经济困难的毕业生构建一个科学的就业援助体系非常必要。With the expansion of enrollment scale, the employment situation of college graduates is very serious. However the college graduates with financial difficulties have disadvantages in employment resources, employment channels and employment conditions, which makes them have more trouble in job hunting. This problem relates to the sound development of themselves, the security of campus, the educational fairness and the wealth gap in society. Besides governmental and social supports, it is necessary for colleges to construct a scientific employment aid system for them.
