摘  要:目的研究PDCA循环在全冠蜡型实训中的质量监控效果。方法以该院2012级口腔医学技术专业一班作为实验组,使用PDCA循环开展教学;以二班作为对照组,采用常规教学手段开展教学。比较两组学生的实践操作考核成绩、考核时间、问卷调查结果和评判性思维倾向量表结果。结果实验组的实践考核评分高于对照组,考核时间少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组在实践操作能力、学习主动性、团队精神3个方面认为有提高者多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组在评判性思维量表7个子项目评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过引入PDCA循环监控蜡型技术的实训课程的教学质量,能够有效地提高蜡型实训项目的实训教学的教学质量,从而提高学生的评判性思维能力、动手能力和实践技能,为学生适应将来的工作岗位打下坚实的实践基础。Objective To study the quality control effect of plan-do-check-action (PDCA) cycle in the full crown wax- pattern practical training. Methods The students in Class 1 Grade 2012, who majored in stomatology technology ,were taken as the experimental group and taught with PDCA cycle while those in Class 2 were chosen as the control group and adopted conven- tional teaching method. The performance in practical operation,the examination time,the results of questionnaire and results of California Judging Thought Tendency Scale between the experimental group and the control group were compared, Results The score of practical examination in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, while the examination time was less than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05);those who thought they were improved in the practical operation ability,learning initiative and teamwork spirit in the experimental group were more than those in the control group with statistically significant difference (P〈0.05) ;the points of 7 sub-items of California Judging Thought Tendency Scale in the experimental group were significantly higher that those in the control group with statis- tically significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Monitoring the teaching quality of wax-pattern technological training courses by introducing PDCA cycle is able to improve the wax-pattern practical training project effectively, which shall raised the students' critical thinking abilities, operational capabilities and practical skills and lay a solid foundation for iobs and posts in the future post.
