摘　　要：现阶段,高校教师队伍建设的基本要求和面临的问题比较明确,但是实施路径却模糊不清。治理理论强调不同主体以合作的方式来管理公共事务,为高校教师队伍建设的路径分析提供了有益启发。高校教师队伍建设的合作治理路径可能是短期、中期和长期兼顾的理性选择,但也是更难操作的一个路径选择,它有其独特的内在要求、逻辑进程和相应策略规定。Currently,the construction of faculty members in higher education is faced with fundamental requirements and obvious problems. However, the solution is quite ambiguous. The treatment theory emphasizes the management of public affairs by different objects in a cooperative way,which proves enlightening to the analysis of the construction of faculty members in higher education. The specific construction method may be of short-term,mid-term or long-term. But it can be more difficult to operate,because it has unique internal requests, logic processes and corresponding strategies.
