大隐静脉剥脱术相关技术改进疗效分析(附95例报告)

摘　　要：目的：分析评价大隐静脉剥脱术相关技术改进治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法内蒙古牙克石市人民医院普外科2009年4月～2013年7月，用改进的大隐静脉剥脱术治疗95例（130条肢体）大隐静脉曲张患者，对本组术后并发症、术后复发等情况进行评价。结果术后并发症发生率2.3%。患者症状显著减轻，经随访3～18个月无曲张静脉复发。结论改进大隐静脉剥脱术疗效确切，术后并发症少，复发率低，是治疗大隐静脉曲张一个有效方法。Objective To evaluate and analyze the modiifcation of high ligation and stripping in the treatment of the great saphenous vein varicoses （GSV）.Method Ninety-five patients （130 limbs in total） with GSV varisoses underwent modified high ligation and stripping in the Department of General Surgery, Ya Keshi Municipal people＇s hospital, Inner Mongolia,from April 2009 to July 2013 were involved in the study. The postoperative complications and recurrence were evaluated.Results The incidence rate of the postoperative complications was about 2.3%. The symptoms of the patients after the surgery relieved signiifcantly. There was no recurrence after 3 to 18 months follow-up.Conclusion The modiifed ligation and stripping in the treatment of the GSV varicoses is an effective method with fewer complications than the conventional surgery.
