摘　　要：进入新时期,随着高校毕业生的人数越来越多,在改革开放进一步深化和经济社会发展转型加速的当下,做好高校毕业生的就业工作,对维护和促进社会和谐稳定意义重大。作为中部重要的民族高校,摸清少数民族大学生就业状况,有针对性的采取措施,不但有利于促进学生更加充分,更加高质量的就业,而且还有利于学校教学改革的进一步深化。In the new period, with more and more college graduates,In the time of further deepen reform and opening up and economic and social development of the accelerated transformation. To do well college graduates' employment has great significance to maintain and promote social harmony and stability. As an important national university in the mid of China, to make clear of the employment status of minority college students, and give targeted measures is not only conducive to the promotion of students more fully, more high quality employment, but also to thefurther deepening and the reform of school teaching.
