摘　　要：目的研究RUNX3对胃癌细胞迁移的影响。方法使用Western blot、Real-time PCR分别在蛋白和基因水平上观察RUNX3对Akt/β-catenin的影响,使用细胞划痕实验观察RUNX3对胃癌细胞迁移的影响。结果 RUNX3能够下调Akt、β-catenin蛋白和基因的表达,RUNX3能够抑制胃癌细胞的迁移。结论RUNX3通过影响Akt/β-catenin抑制胃癌细胞的迁移。[ Objective ] To investigate RUNX3 effects on migration in gastric cancer cells. [ Methods ] The pro- tein and mRNA levels of Akt/β-catenin in RUNX3-overexpressedgastric cancer cells were detected by Western blot and Real-time PCR. The migration of gastric cancer cells was observed by cell scratch assay. [ Results ] RUNX3 de- creases the protein and mRNA levels of Akt/β-catenin and inhibits the migration of gastric cancer cells. [ Conclu- sion ] RUNX3-mediated transcriptional inhibition of Akt/β-catenin, which suppresses the migration of gastric cancer cells.
