尤瑞克林对脑梗死患者神经功能及血清MMP-9的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨尤瑞克林对脑梗死患者神经功能及血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的影响。方法将该院收治的86例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。两组均积极治疗基础疾病并给予脑梗死对症治疗,治疗组加用尤瑞克林注射液,疗程为2周。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后NIHSS评分、BI指数及血清MMP-9的变化。结果治疗组总有效率90.7%,显著优于对照组74.4%(P<0.05);治疗后梗死体积均较治疗前显著减小,而治疗组治疗后脑梗死体积显著小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的BI指数较治疗前显著升高,NIHSS评分、MMP-9显著下降(P<0.05);两组治疗后NIHSS评分、BI指数及MMP-9比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论尤瑞克林治疗脑梗死患者疗效确切,可明显提高神经功能恢复程度,降低血清MMP-9水平,改善患者预后效果。[ Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of urinary kallidinogenase on neurological function and serum matrix metalloproteinase 9 （MMP-9） in patients with cerebral infarction. [ Methods ] 86 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups. All the patients were given basic diseases treatment and symp- tomatic treatment for cerebral infarction, and treatment group was given urinary kallidinogenase additionally. The treatment course was 2 weeks. The clinical effect, NIHSS score, index of BI and level of serum MMP-9 before and after treatment was analyzed. [Results] The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 90.7% and 74.4%, it was statistically different （P 〈0.05）.The volume of the cerebral infarction in all patients was significant smaller than that before treatment （P 〈0.05）, while it was remarkably smaller in treatment group compared with that in control group （P 〈0.05）. The index of BI in all patients was significantly increased, and score of NIHSS, serum MMP-9 was significantly decreased than those before treatment （P 〈0.05）, while these indicators in treatment group were improved more remarkably than those in control group（P 〈0.05）. There was no serious side effect found between the two groups. [ Conclusions ] It is safe and effective of urinary kallidinogenase for cerebral infarction patients, it can contribute to improve the recovery degree of neurological function, reduce serum MMP-9 and improve the prog- nosis of cerebral infarction.
