CDX2在结肠癌中的表达特点与转移的关系研究

摘　　要：目的研究尾型同源盒转录因子-2(CDX2)在结肠癌发生发展过程中的作用,并研究其与结肠癌淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法选取人结肠癌手术切除标本40例,其中有淋巴结转移的结肠癌23例,无淋巴结转移的结肠癌17例,采用免疫组织化学技术SP法,观察CDX2在人结肠癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达情况。结果 CDX2表达于细胞核中。CDX2蛋白在结肠癌癌旁正常组织中的表达明显高于相应结肠癌中的表达;在无淋巴结转移的结肠癌和有淋巴结转移的结肠癌原发病灶中,CDX2的表达有统计学意义,且呈负相关。结论 CDX2在结肠癌中表达,与结肠癌的发生发展密切相关,有可能作为判断结肠癌患者恶性程度及预后的指标。Objective To explore the role of candal - related homeobox transcription factor 2 （CDX2） in carcinogenesis and progression of colon cancer, and to study its relationship with metastasis in lymph nodes. Methods A total of 40 specimens of human colon carcinoma inclu- ding 23 specimens with metastasis in lymph nodes and 17 specimens without metastasis in lymph nodes were selected for this study. The expression of CDX2 in colon cancer and adjacent normal tissues were detected by using SP immunohistochemical method. Results CDX2 protein was distrib- uted in karyon. The expression of CDX2 protein in normal tissue was higher than that of corresponding expression in colon cancer. The expression of CDX2 protein in primary area with metastasis in lymph nodes and without metastasis in lymph nodes was significantly different, and the positive expression of CDX2 protein was negatively related to metastasis in lymph nodes. Conclusion The expression of CDX2 in colon cancer is closely related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer, and it may be used to judge the degree of malignancy and prognosis.
