摘　　要：借鉴国外职教模式的成功经验,并结合我国目前高职教育的发展特点,指出学校教育应注重创新型人才的培养,同时提出了高职建筑类专业创新人才培养的途径:优化教育培养体系;发挥第一课堂的重要作用;把握第二课堂,加强创新实践能力培养。Learning from the successful experience of foreign vocational education mode, and combining with the current development characteris- tics of Chinese higher vocational education, point out school education should focus on cultivating innovative talent. The study proposed the culti- vation approach of innovative talents in higher vocational schools ： optimizing the educational training system, playing the important role of the first class, grasping the second classroom, and strengthening the cultivation of the ability of innovation and practice.
