电子喉镜和CT扫描对跨声门癌诊断的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨电子喉镜和CT扫描对跨声门癌的诊断价值。方法回顾分析62例经病理和手术证实的跨声门癌的电子喉镜和CT扫描资料。结果62例跨声门癌中，经电子喉镜诊断跨声门癌39例，诊断符合率62．9％，经CT诊断跨声门癌52例，诊断符合率83．9％。结论电子喉镜和CT应是筛查可疑病例、尽早诊断跨声门癌的常规检查方法。Objective To explore the diagnosis value of electronic laryngoscope and CT scan to transglottic carcinoma. Methods 62cases of transglottic carcinoma confirmed by pathology and surgery, of these electronic laryngoscope and CT scan data of transglottic carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results Transglottic carcinoma in 62 cases, the electronic laryngoscope diagnosis of 39 cases, diagnosis coincidence rate 62.9%, CT diagnosis of 52 cases, diagnostic coincidence rate was 83.9%.Conclusions Electronic laryngoscope and CT should be screening suspected cases, diagnosis as early as possible transglottic carcinoma routine inspection method.
