西帕依固龈液预防正畸患者早期牙龈炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察西帕依固龈液预防正畸患者早期牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法:将2012年1月至2012年12月在医院口腔科门诊接受正畸治疗的错牙合畸形50例,随机分成试验组与对照组,每组各25例。对照组于正畸治疗后采用常规口腔卫生保健措施。试验组在常规口腔卫生保健的基础上,每日进行西帕依固龈液含漱。观察并比较两组患者矫治前及矫治后1、3个月复诊时牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)以及龈沟出血指数(SBI)。结果:矫治后1、3个月时试验组GI、PLI及SB均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在矫治前、矫治后1、3个月GI、PLI及SB水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者于3个月复诊时,对照组发现牙龈炎13例,占52%,试验组有牙龈炎患者4例,占16%,对照组牙龈炎发生率高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.219,P=0.007)。结论:固定正畸患者选择西帕依固龈液治疗能够有效降低PLI、GI、SBI,获得满意疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Collutorymaxillary on preventing gingivitis in orthodontic patients Methods:50cases treated with malocclusion from January 2012to December2012were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=25cases)and the control group(n=25cases).The patients in the control group were treated with conventional oral health care after orthodontic treatment.The experimental group was given Collutorymaxillary for mouthwash daily.Gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI)and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)were observed and compared before treatment and in the 1st and 3rd months after treatment.GI,PLI and SB of the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the return visit after 3months,there were 13cases(52%)of gingivitis in the control group,while there were 4cases(16%)of gingivitis in the experimental group,and the differences were statistically significant(2χ=7.219,P=0.007).Conclusion:Collutorymaxillary therapy can effectively reduce the PLI,GI,SBI of the patients with fixed orthodontic,and can help achieve satisfactory efficacy.
