浅析健脾补肾法防治化疗所致的骨髓抑制

摘　　要：化疗作为肿瘤的有效治疗手段,日益受到重视,但其常造成患者不同程度的骨髓抑制,使治疗被迫中止。中医认为化疗以攻伐癌肿而耗伤机体正气,出现头晕、疲乏、面色无华、食欲低下、心悸耳鸣等症状,属于"虚劳"范畴。血液的生成主要与脾胃和肾的生理功能有关,临床上健脾补肾法防治化疗所致的骨髓抑制取得了显著的疗效。本文拟对健脾补肾法防治化疗所致的骨髓抑制的相关研究做一综述,以期为中医药防治肿瘤提供更多的参考依据。As an effective way in treating tumors, chemotherapy is taken increasing importance. However, chemotherapy is often suspended in clinic as it causes various degrees of bone marrow suppression. Traditional Chinese Medicine deem that chemo-therapy hurt the vital qi of the body when attacking the tumors, and cause symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, lusterless com-plexion, poor appetite, palpitation and tinnitus. It belongs to the category of＆quot;consumptive disease＆quot;. The formation of blood mainly related to the physiological function of spleen and kidney, and therefore in clinic the method of invigorating spleen and kidney has obtained remarkable curative effects in preventing and treating bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy. This article mainly reviewed the research related with the method of invigorating spleen and kidney in the prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy, so as to provide more references for TCM prevention and treatment of tumor.
