摘　　要：目的探讨Toll样受体5(Toll like receptor 5,TLR5)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small-cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测和比较109例NSCLC组织及60例癌旁正常肺组织中TLR5蛋白的表达,并分析NSCLC组织中TLR5的表达与患者年龄、性别、吸烟史、组织学类型、淋巴结转移以及分化程度的关系。结果 NSCLC组织中TLR5蛋白的阳性表达率为65.1%(71/109),显著高于癌旁正常肺组织的16.7%(10/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。NSCLC组织中TLR5蛋白阳性表达率与NSCLC患者的组织学分型及吸烟史有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论 TLR5蛋白在NSCLC组织中的表达增加,可能在NSCLC的发生发展中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significances of TLR5 in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods TLR5 expressions in 109 primary NSCLC tissues and 60 matched normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining, and the relationship between TLR5 expression and clinical and pathological characteristics of patients with NSCLC were analyzed. Results The positive rate of TLR5 expression in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that of adjacent normal lung tissue （16.7%vs. 65.1%, P〈0.001）. The positive rate of TLR5 expression was correlated with tumor histological grade and the history of smoking （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The expression of TLR5 significantly increased in NSCLC tissues, which may play an important role in the oncogenesis and progression of NSCLC.
