摘  要:目的评估伴对立违抗性障碍(oppositional defiant disorder,ODD)的注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)患者的主观生活质量。方法采用一般自制调查表及儿少主观生活质量问卷(Inventory of Subjective Life quality,ISLQ)对50例伴ODD的ADHD患者(研究组)进行评定,并与49名正常儿童(对照组)进行对比分析。结果 (1)研究组患者在家庭生活、学校生活、生活环境、抑郁体验、认知成分、情感成分及总体满意度上得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)伴ODD的ADHD患者一般资料中的是否快乐、有无好朋友、同学关系、父亲的文化程度、父母关系、担心家庭作业、家庭的满意度、家庭气氛、与母亲的关系与主观生活质量的成分水平和总体满意度有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论伴ODD的ADHD患者的主观生活质量较差,家庭满意度、家庭气氛、有无好朋友等多个因素是主观生活质量的影响因素。Objective To evaluate the subjective life quality in ADHD children with ODD. Methods 50 ADHD children with ODD ( study group ) and 49 healthy controls ( control group ) were measured with self-designed general information questionnaire and Inventory of Subjective Life Quality (ISLQ). Results ( 1 ) Factor scores of family life, school life, living environment, depressive experience, as well as scores of cognitive component, affeetive component and general satisfaction in ISLQ in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). (2) The level of subjective life quality was significantly correlated with degree of happiness, number of good friends, relation with classmates, paternal education level, family cohesion, being anxious because of homework, family satisfaction, family atmosphere, relation with mother in ADHD children with ODD ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The subjective life quality is relatively poor in ADHD children with ODD, which is influenced by family satisfaction, family atmosphere, number of good friends and so on.
