摘　　要："办好开放大学"的目标和任务是国家赋予广播电视大学的使命,针对大学实体建设而言,涉及多方面的改革与实践,其中对现行的教学管理模式进行审视与梳理,保留其合理的理念与内核,研究建立与开放大学相适应的新型教学管理模式,既是对广播电视大学已有成果的承继,也是开放大学建设中的必要创新。Do good goals and tasks of the Open University is given the mission of radio and television university, state entities for university construction, involving many aspects of the reform and practice of the teaching management mode of the existing examining and comb, retain their reasona- ble idea and kernel, study to establish the new teaching management mode adapted to the Open University, is not only the inherit the achievement of radio and TV university, is also the necessary Open University construction innovation.
