氨噻肟酸及其衍生物合成新工艺的研究

摘　　要：研究了以乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料 ,经过溴化、肟化、环化和水解等反应 ,合成了氨噻肟酸及其衍生物 ,总收率达 70 % 新工艺删去了有机碱和大量有机溶剂的使用 ,大大简化了反应操作 ,缩短了反应周期 ,降低了合成费用 。A new synthetic process of ethyl-aminothiazoly loximate and its derivative which were prepared from ethyl acetoacetate as material was reported.The process was carried out in “a pot” where the following steps occured sequently:bromination,oximation,cyclocondensation and hydrolysis.Its total yield was 70%.The new process not only simplified the operation and shortened the total reaction time,but also reduced the initial cost.So the process will be potential in industrial application.
