摘 要:针对客户协同产品创新这一模式,结合客户创新知识(Customer Innovation Knowledge,CIK)的生命周期,提出加速客户创新知识产品化(Acceleration of Innovative knowledge into the product,AIP)过程;通过建立分析客户创新知识库与产品知识库框架,提出创新产品方案的创新度评估方法;利用知识驱动客户协同产品创新模型进行新产品的设计;最后,通过实例证明该模型的有效性和实用性。Aiming at the new model of customer collaborative product innovation, this paper proposed a process, the accel- eration of innovation knowledge into product based on the life cycle of customer innovation knowledge. Through the estab- lishment and analysis of the customer innovation knowledge base and product knowledge base, an evaluation approach of the degree in innovation was brought forward, and a model of knowledge - driven customer cooperation innovation, which could be used to design the new product, was introduced. Finally, a case illustrated the validity and practicability of the innova- tion model.
