摘　　要：根据我国高新技术企业状况,筛选评价指标,构建5个方面19项指标作为高新技术企业的评价体系,选择评价效果较为理想的模糊综合评价法作为本次定量研究的方法;并利用相关数据验证该体系的科学性和实用性,为客观评价、及时调整高新技术企业技术创新战略提供客观依据。The comprehensive index system of evaluation for high - tech enterprises is set up by the larger enterprise＇ s status in China. In this paper, we select 19 evaluation indicators from five categories to build a credit evaluation system suitable for high - tech enterprises. The assessment of high - tech enterprises will be estimated with the method of fuzzy. Relevant data is used to test scientificity and practicability of the system. Impersonality gist of adjusting the strategy of high -tech enterprises technology innovation in time and impersonality estimate is offered.
