摘　　要：通过文献综述的办法,分别对公司治理、技术创新以及中小企业成长三者的两两影响关系进行了理论研究,最后总结得出三者的影响关系。Through an approach of literature review, the paper takes a theoretical research on the relationship between cor- porate governance, technical innovation and SMEs＇ growth respectively. At last, it concludes all the relationships.
