人类一体视域下的和谐文化构建

摘　　要：精神文化决定制度文化与物质文化的发展方向与性质,其生命观、价值观、道德知识和灵性品质是人类一切个人与社会活动所必需的精神法则,因此,精神文化是人类文明与福祉的基石。人类正迈向成熟期并呼唤普世和谐与安乐,在此时代背景下,提出"多元一体文化"构建框架,其核心是把人类视为一体,在尊重不同文化的多样性与独特性的基础上平等互动,以多重身份共同磋商并解决人类的事务,从而实现生命的双重目的和世界的和谐与大同。Spiritual culture determines the nature and direction of the development of institutional and material cultures. Besides, the outlook, value system, knowledge of virtues and spiritual qualities that are components of spiritual culture serve as spiritual laws governing individual and social activities. Hence, spiritual culture is the foundation of human civilization and wellbeing. Humanity is developing towards its maturity stage, and calls for universal peace and happiness. The present paper proposes the framework for constructing ＆quot;the culture of unity in diversity＆quot;. The core components of the framework include （1） regarding humanity as one body; （2） associating equally according to the principle of respecting diversity and uniqueness of all cultures; and （3） consulting to solve all human affairs as citizens that have multiple identities. It is hoped that this framework will help humanity to realize its two-fold purposes of life and the universal harmony and unity.
