摘　　要：互联网的普及为大学生成长学习提供了丰富的资源,但其开放自由的特点使得大学生容易产生网络道德失范行为,导致部分大学生道德价值观低俗、法制意识弱化和网络心理异常。应通过完善网络法律法规、加强网络监督管理和强化大学生网络道德教育等对策来减少大学生网络道德失范行为的发生。The popularity of the Internet provides abundant resources for college students to learn, but its open and free features made it easier for the college students＆#39; network moral anomie behavior, lead to part of the college students＆#39; moral values vulgar, legal consciousness weakening and the network psychological abnormal. So we should improve the network of laws and regulations, strengthen the network management and college students＆#39; network moral education, such as to reduce the happening of the college students＆#39; network moral anomie behavior.
