摘  要:[目的]探究高压蒸煮法提取玉米秸秆纤维素的最佳工艺条件。[方法]以玉米秸秆为原料,采用高压蒸煮法提取玉米秸秆纤维素,通过单因素试验,分别考察了NaOH质量分数、压力、恒温时间和料液比对纤维素含量的影响,并应用L9(34)正交试验对上述4个因素进行优化,确定了该方法提取纤维素的最佳工艺条件。[结果]最佳提取工艺:NaOH溶液的质量分数为12%,压力为0.7 MPa,恒温时间为60 min,料液比为1∶12,在此工艺条件下,提取的玉米秸秆纤维素含量可达84.94%。[结论]该研究为提高秸秆纤维素的利用率提供了试验基础,为后期研究玉米秸秆纤维复合材料提供了参考依据。[ Objective ] To find out the best technological conditions of extracting corn straw cellulose by using high pressure cooking method. [ Method] With corn stalk as the raw material, the corn straw cellulose was extracted by using high pressure cooking method. Though the sin- gle factor experiment, respectively analyze NaOH concentration, pressure, time and the ratio of material to liquid on the content of cellulose, apply L9 (34 ) orthogonal test to optimize the prescription in four factors, and confirm the best technological conditions finally. [ Result] It was found that from the single factor experiment and orthogonal test, the optimized process parameters is the mass fraction of NaOH 12% , the pres- sure 0.7 MPa, the constant temperature time 60 min, ratio of material to liquid 1 : 12, under this condition, the cellulose content of corn straw can be as high as 84.94%. [ Conclusion] The research provides the experimental basis for improving the utilization rate of straw cellulose and provides the reference for the later research of corn straw fiber composites.
