基于“协同论”方法体系的农业高校科技成果转化对策研究

摘　　要：解析了"协同论"方法体系的内涵,结合对高校内部的科技研发、成果推广、管理机制3个子系统关系的分析,将"协同论"方法体系引入到农业高校科技成果转化管理。认为在"协同论"方法体系的指导下,高校可实现3个子系统的协同创新,有机结合,进而促进农业高校科技成果转化。Connotations of synergetics, relationship among the 3 sub-systems of colleges and universities （ scientific and technological resear- ches, commercialization of achievements, management mechanism） were analyzed. The synergetics was introduced into the management over the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements in agricultural colleges and universities, and it was proposed that agricultural colleges and universities would be able to realize the synergetic innovation, organic integration of the 3 sub-systems with the guidance of syner- getics, the commercialization of their scientific and technological achievements would be promoted.
