显微镜下Parks切口斜视矫正术治疗水平共同性斜视的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察在显微镜下Parks切口斜视矫正术治疗水平共同性斜视的疗效.方法：回顾性分析水平共同性斜视患者1 28例行显微镜下Parks切口水平斜视矫正手术的术后眼位、眼部舒适度、球结膜切口、术中术后并发症.结果：术后眼部刺激症状轻,球结膜水肿、充血消退快,结膜切口愈合佳,睑裂暴露区结膜无手术瘢痕,术后随访6～12个月眼位矫正治愈率93％（119例）,所有患者眼球运动正常,67％（86例）的患者恢复不同程度的双眼单视功能,术中及术后均未出现严重并发症.结论：在显微镜下Parks切口斜视矫正术治疗水平共同性斜视,术中术后并发症少,疗效确切,美容效果满意.Objective To observe the effects of microsurgery for horizontal concomitant squint with Parks incision.Methods The operation had been performed in 128cases of horizontal concomitant squint underwent microsurgery with Parks incision and followed up for 6～12 months.The pain symptom,conjunctive and eye position were observed after surgery.Results The patients could open the eyes and make eye movement freely one day after surgery.The conjunctiva replased well in all of the 128 cases.The incision could not be observed by bare eye.The position was satisfactory.Conclusion The microsurgery is an effective methods for the horizontal concomitant squint with Parks incision.
