摘  要:能源经济环境系统模型已经在世界区域和国家层面得到了广泛应用,在城市尺度上的应用也已经展开并取得了一定进展。文章综述了按照建模方法分类自上而下、自下而上和混合能源经济环境系统模型在城市区域尺度上的应用研究进展。能源经济环境系统模型在城市尺度上的应用主要通过情景分析方法对城市能源经济环境的重要变量进行结果分析。能源经济环境系统模型在城市尺度上的应用在一定程度上提高了城市能源管理决策的科学性,但仍处于初期阶段。快速城市化的中国亟需基于城市尺度的科学能源决策体系。探索城市可持续发展的基本规律,构建符合城市特点的能源经济环境系统模型以支持更加科学的城市能源决策具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。As the energy environmental problem has been paid attention to extensively day by day in the world, the energy-economy-environment system model has already been used widely in the world and national regional aspect, the application of energy-economy-environment system model on urban scale has already launched and made sure progress gradually. This text has summarized and classified top to bottom, bottom to top and mixed energy-economy-environment system model application study progress on urban scale. The application of energy-economy-environment system model on urban scale through the intersection of scene and analytical method mainly. The applications have improved the urban energy management decisions more scientific, but are still in its early stages. China's rapid urbanization needs better science energy decision-making system on urban scale. This text summarizes problems and reasons of energy-economy- environment system model application study on urban scale, it has certain reference meanings to further studying for the modeling of the scientific energy decision network analysis decision in the city.
