新鲜羊膜移植修复义眼台暴露的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨新鲜羊膜移植修复义眼台暴露的临床效果.方法：对23例羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后发生义眼台暴露的患者进行义眼台修整,取2层新鲜羊膜植片覆盖于表面,修补缺损区,术后随访观察4～12个月.结果：术后未再出现结膜裂开及义眼台暴露,义眼活动度良好.结论：新鲜羊膜移植是修复义眼台暴露的有效方法.Objective To investigate the treatments of the exposure of hydroxyapatite implanttation in orbit.Methods Twenty-three cases of hydroxyapatite exposure were included in this study.They were treated with 2 fresh amniotic membrane to cover the surface and repair the defect.The patients were followed-up 4 to 12 months.Results No exposure appeared and the cosmetic effect was satisfactory.Conclusion Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation is an effective method to repair hydroxyapatite exposure.
