摘　　要：目的:观察受试者使用含有低聚果糖洗护发产品后的去屑和控油效果。方法:专业人员使用sebumeter SM815检测受试者头皮不同区域的皮脂,使用数码智能头发分析系统和相机EOS60d拍摄受试者头皮皮脂和头屑状况,受试者本人评价头皮皮脂、头屑和瘙痒程度。结果:使用该洗护发产品8天和16天后,头皮不同区域的皮脂分泌明显降低,头屑显著减少,头皮瘙痒明显缓解(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:含有低聚果糖的洗护发产品具有明显的去屑和控油效果。Objective To investigate the effects of shampoo and conditioner with Fructo-Oligosaccharide on anti-dandruff and oil control.Methods Sebum secretion of different regions on scalp were detected by sebumeter SM815; Dandruff and sebum secretion were analyzed by digital intelligent hair analysis system and were photographed by camera EOS60d.Sebum secretion,dandruff and itching were evaluated by subjects.Results Sebum secretion,dandruff and itching in different regions decreased significantly after using the shampoo and conditioner for 8 and 16 days （P＜0.05,P＜0.01）.Conclusion Shampoo and conditioner with Fructo-Oligosaccharide has effects on anti-dandruff and sebum control.
