国共两党关系与战时儿童保育会研究

摘　　要：战时儿童保育会是各党各派联合组织的战时儿童保教团体,其中国共两党所起作用最大。复杂多变的国共关系,直接影响了保育会各项工作的开展:国共关系融洽则推进保育会的工作,磨擦则影响和耽误保育会的工作。虽然国共因政见纷争在一定程度上影响到保育会人事安排,共产党方面人员甚至遭到排挤,但国共两党对儿童是国家和民族未来的共识始终未曾动摇,因而尽管抗战期间国共两党关系时好时坏,但保育会还能基本正常开展工作,并取得一定的发展,历年抢救和保育了3万多名难童,为抗日战争的胜利以及民族后代的教养作出了贡献。The National Association for Refugee Children at Wartime was a wartime child care and education institution organized jointly by various parties and groups, in which the Kuomintang and the Communist Party played great influences. The complex and changeable relationship between those two parties directly affected the work development of the institution ： their cooperation promoted its work whereas their frictions affected and hindered its work. Though disparate political viewpoints of both sides had affected the institution＇ s personnel arrangement and even some members of the CPC were excluded, the consensus of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party on the concept of children being the nation＇ s future never got undermined. Despite the ups and downs in their relationship, the institution could carry out normal work, got certain development and rescued, cared and educated over 30,000 children, which made contributions to the victory of anti-Japanese war and national offspring＇ s care and education.
