论商务英语的“双轨”发展模式

摘　　要：本文探讨了我国商务英语的发展思路,首次提出商务英语专业质量管理和商务英语学科建立与完善的"双轨"发展模式,并阐述了"英语语言商务专业"、"普通商务英语"、"专业商务英语"和"商务英语学"等商务英语的重要概念。文章对商务英语专业和商务英语学科发展提出了一些建设性观点,对商务英语专业和商务英语学科发展具有一定借鉴作用。This paper discusses the development path for China＇s business English. It proposes for the first time a dual-track development mode of business English, which involves the quality control of business English teaching and establishment and improvement of business English as an independent discipline. Meanwhile, the paper clarifies some critical business English concepts such as ＂English language and business major＂, ＂English for general business pur- poses＂, ＂English for specific business purposes＂, and ＂business English studies＂. The constructive ideas put for- ward in the paper are intended to promote the development of business English as a new major and as an independent discipline.
