摘　　要：医院科研管理是重点学科建设和发展的有力支持和重要保障。重点学科建设是医院科研管理的灵魂和核心,是医院可持续发展的动力。近几年来,医院经过不断的探索与完善,重点学科建设取得了持续健康的发展。本文从医院科研管理的角度,就重点学科建设的意义、采取的有效措施、取得的成效进行分析,进一步探索重点学科建设的新思路。Scientific research management in hospital provides strong support and important guarantee for the construction of key discipline which is the soul and core of scientific research management and driving force for the sustainable development of the hospital. In recent years, the key discipline construction of our hospital has been sustained healthy development after the continuous exploration and improvement. In this article, we will focus on the meaning of key discipline construction, the effective measures and the analysis of the results to further explore the new idea of key disciplines construction.
