财经类大学生考证的证书选择及其动因研究——基于广东部分财经类院校学生的调查

摘　　要：基于广东省部分财经类院校学生的问卷调查,本文分析了大学生证书选择特征和考证动因。在英语类证书、财经类证书和技能类证书三种类型中,英语类证书的考证成功率最高,财经类证书的考证成功率排名次之,技能类的排在最后。在考证的宏观动因方面,英语类的证书对就业的贡献度最高,因而获得大学生的青睐。利用交叉表与卡方检验分析考证微观动因,结果表明,个人因素中成绩是考证成功率的重要影响因子,家庭和学校因素对考证的影响比较有限。Based on survey of Guangdong Financial College Students, this paper analyzes the characteristics of certificate selection and motivation of college students. The survey shows that the English certification is the easiest one to get, the financial certification ranks second and the skills certification is last in the three kinds of certifications. Moreover, the English certification is the one most highly contribute to getting a job. Therefore, most of college students like to acquire it. Using cross tables and chi-square test microscopic, the individual factor to obtain certification is an important factor, and the factor of family and school is relatively limited.
