摘  要:[目的]明确香菇多糖对黄瓜植株抗霜霉病及生理特性的影响。[方法]香菇多糖浸泡黄瓜种子并育苗后研究幼苗对霜霉病的防治效果和多项生理特性。[结果]250 mg/L香菇多糖浸种8 h对霜霉病防效果最好,可达47.86%。各质量浓度香菇多糖对黄瓜种子的发芽率、幼苗的根长和芽长、植株的鲜质量均有不同程度的促进作用。250 mg/L香菇多糖还能显著提高黄瓜植株体内POD、PPO和PAL活性。[结论]香菇多糖能诱导黄瓜抗霜霉病并促进生长。[Aims] The paper aims to explore the effects of lentinan on induced resistance against downy mildew and physiological characters of cucumber seedlings. [Methods] To study the induced resistance and physiological characters, the cucumber seeds were soaked by lentinan and then cultivated. [Results] The lightest infection of downy mildew was recorded when seeds were treated with 250 mg/L lentinan for 8 h, the control effect was 47.86%. When the seed was treated with lentinan, the germination rate, root length and shoot length, fresh weight of cucumber seedlings all increased. Lentinan 250 mg/L can also improved the activities of POD, PPO and PAL. [Conclusions] Lentinan can promote the growth and improve disease resistance of cucumber.
