论现代大学的三大传统职能

摘　　要：培养人才、发展知识和为社会服务是现代大学三大传统职能的准确表述。三大传统职能在历史形成过程中都不乏教育思想家的思考与论争。三大传统职能是由大学自身发展的内在逻辑和大学合法存在的外部逻辑相互作用的历史演变而渐次确定下来的,是长达八个多世纪现代大学发展历史的演变和沉淀。从大学发展的实践来看,传统职能的未来拓展需要时间的考验和历史的沉淀。Cultivating talents, developing knowledge and serving society is the modern university accurate representation of the three traditional functions. Three major functions of the traditional education thering is no lack of thinkers in the history of the formation process of thinking and debate. The three traditional functions by the universities own development is the intrinsic logic and the history of interaction between external logic of the existence of university legal evolution and gradually settled, the modern university is for more than eight century the evolution of the development history and precipitation. From the perspective of the practice of university development, the traditional function of the future development needs the test of time and history of precipitation.
