浅论兴趣挖掘与行为规范对于提升教学质量的重要性

摘　　要：当前高职学生存在学习兴趣不浓,学习行为习惯不良,课堂听课质量不高的问题,严重影响毕业生的技能素质水平,导致毕业生的岗位竞争力偏弱,不利于应对激烈竞争的市场。本文从如何挖掘高职学生的学习兴趣,培养学生良好的行为习惯为着眼点,通过具体事例,详细阐述有关措施和方法。Currently, there is a lack of vocational students＇interest in learning, and bad learning habits, and classroom lectures quality is not high, which seriously affect the skill level and quality of graduates, leading to weak position competitiveness graduates, is not conducive to cope with the fierce competition in the market. This paper focuses on how to excavate the higher vocational school students＇ interest in learning, how to foster students＇good habits, through concrete examples, elaborates on the measures and methods related.
