摘　　要：开展省级高等教育质量评价,是一项政策性很强的工作。做好这项工作,充分尊重高校办学自主权是前提,建立具有公信力的评价制度是基础,促进高校深化教育教学改革是重点,推进内部质量保障建设是关键,引导高校合理定位分类发展是主旨。Evaluation of provincial higher education is a task closely related to policies.In order to fulfill the task,we should regard respecting school-running autonomy as its premise, establishing a credible evaluation system as its foundation, deepening the reform of education and teaching as its main element,promoting the construction of quality guarantee as its key, and guiding the university in its orientation and classified development as its theme.
