农业院校特色外语人才培养相适应的教师发展研究

摘　　要：新世纪的"三农"建设需要具有特色的外语人才,农业院校外语教师的全面素质则是提高外语人才质量的关键。本文通过对农业院校外语教师的调查,发现目前仍有很多问题急需修正,在此基础上试图提出一些积极的建议,促进外语学科的发展,建立相适应的外语教师专业标准,以此来完善农业院校外语教师的发展机制。It needs distinctive foreign language talents in the construction of agriculture,rural areas and farmers of the new century. Therefore foreign language teachers＂ comprehensive quality of agncultural colleges is the key to improve the quality of foreign language talents. Through a survey on the foreign language teachers of agricultural colleges, this paper finds that there are still many problems to be in urgent need of correction at present. On this basis, the paper tries to put forward some positive suggestions to promote the development of foreign language, building adequate professional standards of foreign language teachers, which could enhance the foreign language teacher development mechanism of agricultural colleges
