摘　　要：纸品包装以其独特的优势在包装领域占有重要地位,而包装用纸的表面性能与光学性能对包装产品的印刷效果具有明显的制约作用。本文主要对五种常见包装用纸的平滑度、吸收性、白度及光泽度等印刷适性指标进行测试,通过对五种纸样上印刷色样的实地密度、网点密度及网点面积率等印刷质量评价指标的测试,分析纸样平滑度、白度与印刷密度之间的关系,根据表面效率与网点再现曲线之间的关系分析纸样的吸收性与光泽度对印刷复制质量的影响,从而有助于包装印刷产品的选纸、用纸及相关质量控制。Paper packaging with its unique advantage occupies an important position in the field of packaging, the paper surface properties and optical properties have obvious effect of the package printing product. This article mainly discusses the paper printability about smoothness, absorbency, whiteness and glossiness of the five kinds of common packing paper, and the printing quality evaluation index about field density, dot density and dot area rate of printing color sample of paper. By analyzing the efficiency relationship between the smoothness, whiteness and printing density of the printing proof, based on the relationship between the surface efficiency and the dot reproduction, analysis of the absorbency and glossiness of paper on the quality impact of the printing copy, which would be helpfial to the choice and use of package printing paper, and related quality control.
