摘 要:为了探讨骨科门诊护理工作特征和护患沟通的技巧,笔者根据临床护理工作实践和亲身体会,结合相关文献,对骨科门诊的护理工作及护士与患者之间沟通的特点进行了分析和总结。结果显示骨科门诊护理工作具有患者流量大、侵入性治疗多、护患语言交流多、护士工作负荷高、心理压力大、护患纠纷高发等特征,护患沟通的技巧在于重视仪表和举止、注意语言交流、善用非语言沟通、强化倾听的作用、注意特殊情况下的交流方法、营造良好的就诊环境等。此说明骨科门诊护理工作不同于骨科病房和其他专业门诊,具有自身特殊性,护士工作负荷高、心理压力大、护患纠纷多,重视护患交流的作用和沟通技巧对提高护理服务质量和预防护患纠纷的发生具有重要的意义。To explore nursing work feature and nurse-patient communication skills in orthopedics clinic, the authors have summed up and analyzed nursing work feature and communication skills between nurses and patients in orthope- dics clinic, based on our own experiences and practice in orthopedics clinic, and combined with related literatures. We have found that the following were nursing work feature in orthopedics clinic: more quantity of patients, more invasive treatment, more language communication between patients and nurses, higher work load, great psychological pressure ,more disputes between nurses and patients, and so on. Communication skills between nurses and patients were to pay still greater attention to nurse's own appearance and behavior, language communication, non-language communication, lis- tening attentively to patients, and so on. In inclusion, nursing work in orthopedics clinic is different from those of both orthopedics ward and other clinics, with its own characteristics. Nurses of orthopedics clinic have both higher workload and greater psychological pressure. In order to improve nursing serve quality and to prevent nurse-patient dissension, it is necessary to attach much greater importance to the role and skills of communication between nurses and patients.
