摘 要:工程机械用类槽钢-引导轮的生产是目前国内类槽钢生产中的空白,其再加工产品主要用于大型机械设备,由于断面形状复杂,产品要求精度高,因此在轧制成型后需要进行冷矫直。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对工程机械用类槽钢矫直工艺进行了模拟研究。研究表明:采用合理的矫直方案确定压下量,能够准确对变形类槽钢进行平直度矫正。矫直过程中的变形主要沿矫直纵向方向上,由于复杂的断面形状使得模拟矫直后应力分布无明显规律,腰部与腿部厚度不同致使产生的应力值不同,同时个别部位存在应力集中。Similar channel steel for engineering machinery- guide wheel production is currently the kind of steel production in the blank, due to the processing of products used in the large mechanical equipment, and the section shape of extremely complex, product requirements are high precision, it must be in the rolling forming on cold straightening. In this paper, using finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA of mechanical engineering class channel straightening process was simulated to study. Research shows that: Using reasonable straightening scheme reduction set can accurately on the deformation class channel for straightness correction. Mainly along the longitudinal direction of the deformation straightening process, because section shape complex allows simulation of straightening stress distribution after no obvious rule, the waist and legs of different thickness, the stress values of different, existence of stress concentration is little.
