热疗联合艾迪注射液对动物接种肿瘤U_(14)的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察热疗联合艾迪注射液对动物接种肿瘤U14的抑制作用。方法将U14瘤液接种在小鼠右后肢股外侧肌肉,待肿瘤平均瘤体积达到100 mm3时,根据实验要求随机分为对照组(C组)、单纯热疗组(H组)、艾迪注射液组(Ai组)、热疗+艾迪注射液低剂量组(HAL组)和热疗+艾迪注射液高剂量组(HAH组)。艾迪注射液采用腹腔注射给药方法,连续给药8 d,每天观察各组小鼠饮食、精神、活动情况及瘤体生长情况,第9天称取小鼠体质量,处死动物,取瘤块称重,计算抑瘤率及两种治疗相互作用系数(CDI和Q值),光镜下观察肿瘤组织病理学改变,TUNEL方法检测细胞凋亡情况。结果各实验组平均瘤体积明显低于C组。HAL组和HAH组抑瘤作用最明显,具有相加作用。结论热疗联合艾迪注射液对肿瘤组织具有联合杀伤作用,在临床治疗上值得关注。Objective It is to observe the therapeutic effect of hyperthermia combined with Aidi injection on cervical canc -er U14 in mice.Methods The suspension of tumor cell U 14 was implanted subcutaneously in dorsum of the hind right foot of the experimental mice , and they were divided into four groups when the average tumor volume reached 100 mm3 , they were hyper-thermia group , Aidi injection group , hyperthermia and Aidi injection group and control group .Aidi injection was injected into abdominal cavity for 8 days consecutively .The information of diet , spirit, action of mice was observed and the growth of tumor were measured everyday .The body weight of mice was measured on 9th day, and then the mice were killed and take out the tumor to measure the weight of it .The rate of inhibiting tumor , the CDI and Q value were calculated .The pathologic changes of the tumor were observed under the optical microscope , and the apoptosis of tumor was detected by TENUL box .Results The average volumes of the tumor in experimental groups were significantly lower compared to control group .The effect of inhibiting tumor in combine groups was the most visible and had additive effect .Conclusion hyperthermia combined with Aidi injection has lethal effect obviously;it should be deeply concerned in clinical treatment .
