摘　　要：通过介绍隐性知识吸收与企业突破性创新能力的耦合机理,提出了研究假设,建立了隐性知识吸收动力模型,把关系水平、信任程度和激励机制作为重要考虑因素,分析不同的激励制度下企业的得益,利用隐性知识吸收过程的动态演化相位图分析了知识主体的动态演化均衡点,并得出了关系水平、信任程度和激励机制影响企业知识吸收的结论。This paper presents the research hypothesis, and establishes the dynamic model of tacit knowledge absorption , it re- gards the relationship and the level of trust and incentive mechanism as important factors, and analyses the benefit of enterprises of different incentive system, and uses phase diagram of the dynamic evolution of the body of knowledge and finds the evolution of the dynamic equilibrium, it comes to conclusions that the level of relationship and the level of trust and incentive mechanism influences the enterprise knowledge absorptive very much.
