摘　　要：应激性溃疡（SU）是指机体在各类严重创伤、危重疾病等严重应激状态下,发生的急性消化道糜烂、溃疡等病变,最后可导致消化道出血、穿孔,并使原有病变恶化。有文献报道,危重症患者发病1-3d,使用胃镜检查可发现大约75%至100%的患者出现胃黏膜损伤〔1〕。Summary Stress ulcers in critically ill patients has high morbidity and mortality. The application of acid sup- pressing drugs make incidence of stress ulcer drop significantly. But the long-term use of acid-suppressing drugs has the risk of respiratory and intestinal infections. Correct application of acid-suppressing drugs is a important clinical subject. Acid suppressing drugs are serious abused currently. Studies tend towards that ICU patients of high-risk need prophylactic treatment and non ICU patients with low risk of clinical bleeding needn＇t prophylaxis.
