手性药物的合成与拆分的研究进展

摘　　要：通过对与手性药物合成与拆分相关的文献进行综述。综述了手性药物的合成方法,包括天然产物中提取、手性合成、外消旋化合物的拆分,主要介绍了外消旋化合物拆分的方法,并指出了其各种方法的优缺点。手性药物的研究具有重要的社会、科学及经济价值,因此手性药物的合成与拆分具有良好的应用前景。Summary the related literature about the synthesis and resolution of chiral drugs. The method for the synthesis of chiral drugs,including natural products extracted,chiral synthesis,resolution of the racemic compound. Mainly introduced the method of resolution the racemic compound, and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods. The study of chiral drugs have im-portant social,scientific and economic value,therefore,synthesis and resolution of chiral drugs has good prospect.
