摘 要:确立一种能够准确测定南瓜多糖含量的方法.采用间接碘量法和苯酚硫酸法分别测定同一批样品南瓜多糖的含量.实验结果表明,间接碘量法测定南瓜多糖的含量平均为43.61%,其中总糖为53.14%,单糖为9.53%.总糖和单糖的平均回收率分别为100.09%和101.51%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.63%和0.77%,重现性良好.间接碘量法不仅能测出总糖含量,并且也能对单糖含量有较好评价.该方法准确,简便,稳定性好.A method was developed to determine the contents of pumpkin Polysaccharides accurately. The contents of Pumpkin Polysaccharides in the same batch was determined by indirect iodometric method and Phenol-sulfuric Acid. Experimental results of indirect iodometfic method show that the average content of Pumpkin Polysaccharides is 43.61%, as the total sugar content is 53.14% and the monosaccharide is 9.53%. The average recovery of total sugar and monosaccharide is 100.09% and 101.51% respectively,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 0.63% and 0.77% respectively, with good reproducibility. Indirect iodometric method can evaluate the determination of Pumpkin Polysaccharides on total sugar and monosaccharide. This method is accurate, simple and steady.
