稳定型咬合板治疗颞下颌关节盘前移位疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨稳定型咬合板治疗颞下颌关节盘前移位的临床疗效。方法颞下颌关节盘前移位患者42例,均采用稳定型咬合板治疗,观察治疗前及治疗后2、4、6周及3个月患者张口度、关节弹响及视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)和Helkimo指数变化。结果经稳定型咬合板治疗后,患者张口度、VAS评分及Helkimo指数均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);20例合并关节弹响者,治疗后13例弹响完全消失。结论采用稳定型咬合板治疗颞下颌关节盘前移位可明显减轻患者关节区疼痛及弹响,改善张口度。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of stabilization biteplate on anterior disc displacement of temporomandibular joint （TMJ）. Methods Forty-two patients with anterior disc displacement of TMJ were all treated with stabilization biteplate. The mouth opening, joint click, visual analogue scale （VAS） and Helkimo index were observed before treatment and after 2-, 4- and 6-week, and 3-month treatment. Results The mouth opening, VAS score and Helkimo index were improved obviously after treatment （P〈0.05）. Joint click disappeared in 13 out of 20 patients complicated with joint click. Conclusions Stabilization biteplate can significantly relieve joint pain and joint click, and improve mouth opening in patients with anterior disc displacement of TMJ.
