摘　　要：目的探讨克罗恩病（Crohn’Sdisease，CD）与血清胱抑素C（cystatinC，CysC）的相关性。方法CD男性患者28例（CD组），同期体检健康男性22例（对照组），比较2组年龄、有无吸烟史、体质量指数、血肌酐、克罗恩病活动指数（Crohn’s disease activity index，CDAI）评分及血清CysC等参数差异，分析CD患者病情变化及其与CysC的相关性。结果CD组CysC水平（（1.04±0．18）mg／L）高于对照组（（0．80±0．13）mg／L）（P=0．00）；CD缓解期和活动期CysC水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；CD组与对照组血肌酐水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；单因素相关分析显示年龄、CDAl分值及体质量指数在CysC正常组与CysC升高组差异有统计学意义；logistic多元回归分析结果显示CDAl分值是CysC升高的独立危险因素（OR=1．02，95％CI：1．01～1．03，P=0．00）。结论多数男性CD患者CysC水平升高，CDAI评分是CysC升高的独立危险因素。Objective To explore the correlation of Crohn＇s disease with serum cystatin C （CysC）. Methods Twenty eight male patients with Crohn＇s disease （CD group） and 22 male healthy volunteers （control group） were compared the age, smoking history, body mass index, serum creatinine, Crohn＇s disease activity index （CDAI） score and serum CysC to analyze the correlation between the change of Crohn＇s disease and CysC level. Results The level CysC was （1.04± 0.18） mg/L in CD group, higher than that in control group （0.80±0.13） mg/L （P=0.00）. There was no significant difference in CysC level between Crohn＇s disease remission and active stage （P〈0.05）. Serum creatinine level did not differ between two groups （P〈0.05）. Single factor correlation analysis showed significant differences in age, CDAI score and BMI between patients with normal CysC level and patients with high CysC level. Logistic multiple regression analysis revealed CDAI score was an independent risk factor for high CysC level （OR = 1.02,95 CI： 1.01 to 1.03, P =0.00）. Collchlsions CysC level increasing is commonly found in male patients with Crohn＇s disease. CDAI score is an independent risk factor for high CysC level.
