摘  要:目的研究多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测在体检中的应用。方法收集2012年3月至2013年6月在上海交通大学附属仁济医院体检中心的体检者。采集受检者静脉血离心后,对血清进行多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测(包含AFP、CEA、NSE、CA125、CA153、CA242、CA199、PSA、Free-PSA、Beta-HCG、HGH、Ferritin)。对于蛋白芯片出现的阳性结果进行单个肿瘤标志物检测复检,并以其作为金标准,同时进行成本分析。结果 33 468例体检者中蛋白芯片检出肿瘤标志物阳性结果为739例,单个肿瘤标志物复查后阳性为618例,蛋白芯片真阳性率83.63%。男女蛋白芯片检测真阳性结果在小于40岁组存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。739例蛋白芯片检测与单个肿瘤标志物检测的配对样本进行比较,64.01%的蛋白芯片结果小于单个肿瘤标志物检测,35.32%的蛋白芯片结果大于单个肿瘤标志物检测,2种结果之间相关系数为0.868 81(P<0.0001)。618例结果阳性的筛检成本为6 733 850元。结论多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测在体检中有较好的应用前景。To evaluate the application of multi-tumor markers protein chip technology in health examination, people receved health examination at the Renji Hospital Medical Center of Shanghai Jiaotong University, during March, 2012 to June, 2013, were enrolled in this study. Venous blood samples were collected and centrifuged for multi-tumor markers protein chip examination (including AFP, CEA, NSE, CA125, CA153, CA242, CA199, SA, Free-PSA, Beta-HCG, HGH, and Ferritin). Positive results of protein chip would be rechecked with single tumor marker technology, which was the gold standard. Among 33 468 blood samples, 739 cases were positive tumor marker according to protein chip technology, of which 618 cases were positive after single standard technology. The true positive rate was 83.63%. As for true positive results of protein chip, there was a significant difference between men and women less than 40 year-old (P 〈 0.05). 739 results of protein chip technology and counterpart of single standard technology were compared, whose correlation coefficient was 0.868 81 (P〈 0.0001). There were 64.01% results of protein chip technology smaller than those of single standard technology, while 35.32% bigger than those of single standard technology. The cost analysis showed the cost of 618 cases with positive results of screening was 6 733 850 yuan. In conclusion, the multi-tumor markers protein chip technology can be applied in health examination with good clinical prospect.
