摘　　要：地铁盾构隧道施工中盾构机刀盘刀具的配置至关重要,掘进参数的设置与刀具的磨损也关系密切。论文通过对影响刀盘刀具配置关系比较重要的几个关键因素进行论述,提出对各因素配置的建议;对掘进参数的设置及施工过程中刀具的管理事项也提出自己的看法,以期合理确定掘进参数,延长刀具使用寿命,缩短停机维修时间,快速平稳地进行盾构隧道掘进施工。The Cutters on TBM cutter-head are crucial to the metro shield tunneling construction, and the settings for the advance parameters also have avery close connection with the wear of the cutters. In this paper through the discussions about several important key factors which affect the configuration of the cutters on cutter-head it raises some proposals for the configuration of all the factors; it gives the author＇s own views about the settings of advance parameters and cutter management in the construction, in order to determine the proper advance parameter, to extend the service life of the cutters, to shorten downtime and repair time, to proceed fast and smoothly the shield tunneling construction
